BSOD Mystery, can anyone tell me what causes this.
You can't avoid the claims of BSOD every day. But I have run 95/98 without suffering this malady more than a few times. Mystery of disappearing NTLDR
I have scanned for viruses, spyware, etc. and this does not turn up anything. I googled for STOP C4 but couldn't really even find any hits on this particular STOP error. I occasionally get a STOP 7E thrown in also. I have not added any new hardware or software lately. It is a mystery for sure.

No hangs, no BSOD, all my memory checkers report 1 gig of memory and operating without errors. BUT... bios still reports 256MB on post!!! The mystery continues.
