No BSOD, no error message, the mouse just froze, ctrl-alt-delte did nothing. Alt-tab nothing. Escape nothing. Had to warm reboot. The system eventlog says: 1) The ring buffer that stores incoming mouse data has overflowed 2) The ring buffer that stores incoming keyboard data has overflowed No other clues or errors

No hangs, no BSOD, all my memory checkers report 1 gig of memory and operating without errors. BUT... bios still reports 256MB on post!!! The mystery continues.
